With a focus on breath and alignment, these classes offer a balanced blend of stretch, strength and tension release, ensuring a deep understanding of your own body to move through poses mindfully. Perfect for newer students to learn poses at a slower pace and for experienced students looking for a more grounded practice. Leave the mat feeling connected, aligned, and recharged with each class.

  • A very chilled out flowing practice with a much slower pace, longer holds and more time spent down on your mat. With a focus on releasing built-up tension and stress, these classes offer a chance to slow down and focus on our breath with deep soothing stretches. Suitable for all students who need to escape the outside world and find calm in the present moment. Leave your mat feeling relaxed, calmer, and renewed in your practice.
