👋 I’m Lauren, an online coach for women who’ve tried every diet and fitness trend, finally feel good in their skin again, without restriction, punishment, or pressure to be perfect.

I don’t ask my clients to earn their food, cut out their joy, or do exercises they hate. Instead, I teach them how to move in a way that builds strength for life, nourish their bodies with food they love, and build habits that last past next Monday.

My coaching is honest, evidence-based, and rooted in kindness, because I’ve been where you are. I’ve done every fad diet. I’ve lifted weights to chase a body ideal that wasn’t mine. I’ve started over every Monday. And I’ve watched women give up trying when I know they could be thriving.

  • This is an online program, you will download an app for all your workouts to follow along. We will chat via Whatsapp and check-ins will all be online. This gives you the flexibility to fit this into your lifestyle.

  • Yes, yes, yes! It is never too late to start and this program is designed for your starting point and goals. Women lose muscle mass every decade after the age of 30 and even if you don’t want to look like a bodybuilder, building muscle is vital for health, longevity and that toned look you are looking for.

  • Around 5-10 minutes a day to plan.

    3 workouts per week, ideally 30-40 mins but if you only have 20 we start there.

    15 minutes weekly to check in.

  • This isn’t another restrictive diet or unrealistic program. I coach you to build healthy habits that fit your life, not disrupt it. My clients get results because we focus on mindset, movement, and nutrition in a way that’s sustainable not extreme.

  • We start at your starting point, they great thing about online coaching is you can go at your pace and don’t need to keep up with anyone in class.

  • Why would you want to? When you are busy and stressed is when you need the most support and guidance to reach your goal. If you can learn to build habits and sustain them when you are busy then you can do it all year. Lets be honest, when are we not busy?

  • No, this is all about empowering you to make choices that align with your goals. There are many ways to measure weight loss progress not just scale weight.

  • Absolutely not, if the thought of tracking calories bores your or fills you with dread there are so many other habits we can put in place to still get your weight loss goal.

  • Yes your targets and coaching will all be 1-1 and based on your goals and starting point.
