Why Me?
👋 I’m Lauren strength and mobility coach, yoga teacher, and real-life woman who’s tried every diet, skipped workouts, and felt like she wasn’t “fit enough” to be in the gym.
I know what it’s like to feel intimidated, overwhelmed, and stuck in your head.
But I also know what it feels like to build strength you didn’t think you had — physically and mentally.
This program isn’t built from theory.
It’s built from experience, and it’s the exact process I use with my 1:1 clients to help them go from “I’ll start Monday” to “I’m doing this for me.”
