Exercise

If you think your not flexible, strong or fit enough to start exercising then we are the studio for you. First off, we never judge your current ability and always encourage you to work within your limits. Second all our classes are kept small and programmed to offer options to everyone so that you can start and continue to get stronger and fitter each class.

Nutrition

Fed up of starting a diet on Monday and falling off the wagon by Wednesday? Our nutrition coaching is personalised to you so that you can finally lose weight without starting over again and again or giving up the food you love (hello chocolate!).

Community

Changing your exercise and nutrition habits can be hard but the team and members at the studio help keep you accountable and on track, even on those weeks you want to faceplant into a cake or family sized bag of doritos. We sweat, cry and laugh together. You come for the workout but I promise you’ll stay for the community.

OUR CLASSES

Feel good movement.

  • Vinyasa yoga connects breath to movement. With a focus on fluidity, breath and alignment, these classes offer a balanced blend of stretch, strength and tension release. Classes are open to all levels, with variations and options provided.

  • A very chilled out flowing practice with a much slower pace, longer holds and more time spent down on your mat. With a focus on releasing built-up tension and stress, these classes offer a chance to slow down and focus on our breath with deep soothing stretches.

  • A full body workout using a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands & body weight. These classes are designed to build strength to live your life, tone your body and improve your flexibility to make your yoga classes more fun.

  • Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a machine with springs, to provide resistance and support during exercises. It builds strength, flexibility, and core control and balance. These classes emphasise controlled movements and breathing techniques to improve physical and mental wellness. The machine's design allows for adapted movements and modifications, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

  • A workout that uses your body weight and a mat, exercised are designed to focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance. It's a low-impact, mind-body practice that emphasises control, precision, breath, and flow.
